摘要
(21.0±1.0)℃,在基础饲料中分别添加20%的3种中药组方及其琼脂新型制剂配成的6种试验饲料,研究不同中药组方对体质量约41 g鲤鱼的生长、非特异性免疫及淋巴细胞转化的影响。试验结果表明,组方1各组的质量增加率显著升高(P<0.05);3种组方琼脂组的饲料系数均显著低于对照组及普通组(P<0.05);组方1琼脂组的肥满度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);组方2各组的肝体指数显著增大(P<0.05);组方1、组方3琼脂组的肝胰脏谷丙转氨酶活性和组方1各组及组方2琼脂组的肝胰脏谷草转氨酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);组方2、组方3琼脂组的头肾体指数显著增大(P<0.05);3种组方各组的脾体指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);组方2琼脂组的血清溶菌酶活性显著增强(P<0.05);组方2、组方3琼脂组的白细胞数目、吞噬活性、吞噬指数均显著增大(P<0.05);组方3琼脂组的淋巴细胞转化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综合以上结果,组方1对鲤鱼生长及蛋白质代谢的促进作用显著;组方3对鲤鱼的非特异性免疫及细胞免疫均有明显的促进作用;而组方2对提高蛋白质代谢及非特异性免疫方面有显著作用;琼脂制剂的效果优于普通制剂。
A 45 day feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of three Chinese herbal compounds(20%) on growth,nonspecifc immunity and lymphocyte transformation of juvenile common carp Cyprinus carpio(mean body weight 41 g) at water temperature of(21.0±1.0) ℃.The results showed that weight gain ratio in compound one and its agar group was increased significantly(P0.05) compared with that in the control group,and that feed conversion ratio decreased(P0.05) in all agar groups.Condition factor was showed to be increasing trend(P0.05) in compound one agar group.There was significantly higher hepatosomatic index in compound two and its agar group(P0.05) than that in the control group.Activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in the hepatopancreas in compound one agar group and compound three agar group,and glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease in compound one group,its agar group and compound two agar group were all increased significantly(P0.05) compared with those in the control group.The head kidney somatic index in compound two agar group and compound three agar group,and spleen somatic index in all experimental groups were found to be significantly(P0.05) increased.Activity of lysozyme in serum in compound two agar group was increased significantly(P0.05).There were significantly higher number of leukocyte,phagocytic activity,and phagocytic index in compound two agar group and compound three agar group than those in the control group(P0.05).Lymphocyte transform rate was significantly higher in compound three agar group(P0.05) than that in the control group.In conclusion,compounds one(including ginseng,astragalus,angelica,ganoderma lucidum) had significant acceleration of the growth and protein metabolism in the common carp;compound three(including ganoderma lucidum,ginseng,astragalus membranaceus,radix scutellariae) had significant effects on nonspecifc immunity and cellular immunity of the common carp;compound two(Rhodiola,ginseng,acanthopanax,tuckahoe) had significant effects on protein metabolism and nonspecifc immunity;and compounds with agar had better effects than the normal compounds did.
