摘要
香辛料精油是香辛料植物体内的次生代谢产物,化学组成较为复杂。天然存在的香辛料植物中含有的多种生物活性物质常常存在于精油中,因而对于香辛料精油的研究已成为目前国内外研究的热点。综述了香辛料精油的抗氧化、抗菌、防治虫害及其他生物活性,并探讨了其在实际运用中存在的问题。
Spice essential oils were the secondary metabolismatic products of spice plants,and their chemical constitutes were comparably complicated.The biological active substances of natural spice plants often exist in essential oils,so the research on essential oils from spice plants had became a hot issue among researchers domestically and abroad.This essay summarized the antioxidative,antibacterial capacity and other biological activities of spice essential oils and their application in pest controlling.What＇s more,the problems of their usages in reality were also discussed.
