摘要
进行装备保障能力的评估研究,对于武器装备战斗力的形成和保持有着重要意义。针对评估过程中存在的不确定性因素和动态变化的特征,提出基于集对理论和马尔科夫链的装备保障能力动态评估方法,为装备管理决策者制定装备保障方案提供了科学依据。
The evaluation of equipment support capability is important to the operational capability established and maintenance.This paper aim at uncertain factors and dynamic characteristics of evaluation process,put forward the method of dynamic evaluation for support capability of equipment based on SPA (Set Pair Analysis) and Markov chain,and provide scientific basis of the project of equipment support by equipment management decision maker constituted.
