摘要
通过对黑龙江省几个水稻品种进行薄层干燥试验,分析了不同的初始水分、热风温度、表现速度及品种对水稻薄层干燥速率的影响,建立了两个产量较大的水稻品种的薄层干燥方程;在连续通风干燥条件下探讨水稻爆腰率增值规律。
Through thinlayer drying lest of several rice varieties of Heilongjiang province,the effect of different parameters(such as initial moisture content,hot air temperature,airflow rate,varieties is analysed.Thin layer drying equations of two major rice varieties in Heilongjiang province are built up.Under the condition of the continous drying,the regularity of rice cracking is discussed.$$$$
