摘要
目的探讨人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 2006年12月~2010年8月,经后外侧入路行人工股骨头置换治疗15例老年股骨颈骨折。结果本组15例均获随访,随访时间1~4年,患髋关节功能良好,无疼痛,X线片假体位置正常,无松动及下沉。结论人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折可获得满意的疗效。
Aim To know about efficacy of artificial head replacement to treat femoral and neck bone fracture for elderly patients.Methods During Dec.2006 to Aug.2010,we treated 15 elderly patients by artificial head replacement from the posterolateral approach to treat femoral and neck bone fracture.Results 15 patients were followed up for 1 or 4 years.The hip joints of them went well,no pain,no loose or sink and X-ray showed normal prosthesis position.Conclusion It can achieve pleasant efficacy to treat femoral and neck bone fracture for elderly patients by artificial head replacement
