摘要
近年来,大学生心理问题日益突出,而以往基于学院的心理健康教育模式并不能有效地发挥作用,尤其在完全学分制背景下的高校,传统的心理健康教育模式暴露了诸多不足。本文通过实践和总结前人研究,认为基于宿舍平台的心理健康教育模式是当前高校心理健康教育的必然趋势,本文从组织体系建设、师资队伍、活动方式、宿舍文化氛围等方面积极探究了基于宿舍平台开展心理健康教育的有效模式。
In recent years,college students＇ psychological problem increasingly,whereas the mental health education based on college pattern cannot function effectively,especially in the background of the complete credit system of Colleges,the traditional mode of mental health education had some shortcomings.Through practice and summarizes on previous research this article thinks that the mode of mental health education that based on the dormitory platform will be the inexorable trend of current college mental health education,this article actively explore aspects based on the mental health education dormitory platform of effective mode from the organization system building,faculty,active way,dormitory culture atmosphere.
