银杏叶提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和激素水平的影响 被引量:23

Effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on growth performance,serum biochemical parameters and hormones level in weaned piglets

摘要 【目的】研究银杏叶提取物(EGB)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和激素水平的影响,为银杏叶的开发应用提供依据。【方法】将160头25日龄的"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪按公母各半、体质量接近的原则,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头,分别饲喂添加质量分数0%,0.1%,0.2%和0.3%EGB的基础日粮,试验期为28 d,测定断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和激素水平。【结果】日粮中添加质量分数0.2%和0.3%EGB可显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增质量(P<0.05),降低料质量比(P<0.05);显著降低断奶仔猪血清尿素氮和血糖浓度(P<0.05),提高血清碱性磷酸酶活性和血清生长激素、三碘甲腺原氨酸水平(P<0.05)。【结论】日粮中添加质量分数0.2%和0.3%EGB,可改善断奶仔猪血清生化指标,提高生长相关激素水平,促进仔猪生长。 【Objective】 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract(EGB) on growth performance,serum biochemical parameters and hormones level in weaned piglets.【Method】 160 crossbred piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large Yorkshire) weaned at aged of 25 days were randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 4 replicates of 10 piglets per replicate,and fed basal diet supplemented with 0%,0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% EGB for 28 days.Growth performance,serum biochemical parameters and hormones level were determined.【Result】 Adding 0.2% or 0.3% EGB to diets of weaned piglets significantly increased average daily gain(P〈0.05) and decreased feed to gain ratio(P〈0.05).In weaned piglets fed diets supplemented with 0.2% or 0.3% EGB,serum urea nitrogen and glucose level were reduced(P〈0.05),whereas serum alkaline phosphatase activity,the level of growth hormone and triiodothyronine were elevated(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】 Adding 0.2% or 0.3% EGB to diets of weaned piglets could improve serum biochemical parameters and growth-related hormone level,and therefore could improve growth performance.
