摘要
目的:降低我院门诊处方调配差错的张数,保证患者用药安全。方法:经过计划、实施、确认、处置等一系列活动步骤在我院门诊药房开展品管圈活动,对比活动前、后某时段内每天的调配差错处方张数,计算改善幅度。结果:调配差错处方张数由活动前的88张/天减少到39.6张/天,改善幅度为55.0%。结论:品管圈活动的开展,降低了门诊处方调配差错的张数,提高了药学服务的质量,保障了患者的用药安全。
OBJECTIVE: To reduce the number of outpatient prescription involving dispensing errors, and to ensure safe drug use of patients. METHODS: The quality control circle (QCC) activity was carried out through a series of steps, such as plan, implementation, cheek and disposition. The number of outpatient prescriptions involving dispensing errors in certain period was compared before and after the event, and the degree of improvement was calculated. RESULTS : The number of outpatient preseription involving dispensing errors decreased from 88 pieces per day before the event to 39.6 pieces per day after the event. The degree of improvement was 55.0%. CONCLUSION: The development of QCC activity has reduced the number of outpatient prescription involving dispensing errors, improved the quality of pharmaceutical care and protected the safety of patients.
