大珠母贝种苗海区深水中间培育技术研究 被引量:12

Intermediate culture of pearl oyster Pinctada maxima juveniles in deep waters

摘要 开展了大珠母贝种苗不同深度和密度的养殖试验,以优化、筛选合适的养殖密度和深度,为大珠母贝养殖提供技术支撑。贝苗初始大小为平均壳长4.11 mm,平均壳高3.89 mm,平均体重0.0143 g,养殖水深包括3、5、7 m和海底(12 m)(贝苗密度为2 000个/笼),养殖密度包括500、1 000、1 500、2 000、2 500个/笼(养殖水深为5 m)。经过两个月的养殖,7 m水深的贝苗生长最快,平均壳长达30.80 mm(平均生长速度为0.41 mm/d),平均体重达3.34 g(平均生长速度为36.69 mg/d);密度为500个/笼的生长较快,平均壳长达30.15 mm(生长速度为0.42 mm/d),平均体重达3.18 g(生长速度为31.90 mg/d)。深度组中存活率最高的是海底组(12 m),为17.7%,明显高于其他3组(P<0.05),最低的是3 m组,为6.9%;密度组存活率最高的是1 500个/笼组,为15.3%,显著高于其他组(P<0.05),最低的是2 500个/笼组,为7.4%。不管是深度组还是密度组,第1个月与第2个月的平均壳长增长没有明显差异,而第2个月的平均体重增长明显大于第1个月。说明大珠母贝苗海区养殖适宜在较深水层、密度为1 500~2 000个/笼的条件下进行。 Pearl oyster Pinctada maxima juveniles were cultured in different water depths and different juvenile densities in Meishan sea area,Sanya Bay,Hainan Island.The juveniles(mean shell length: 4.11 mm,mean shell height: 3.89 mm,mean body weight: 0.0143 g) were cultured in 3 m,5 m,7 m and bottom(12 m) water depths with larvae density of 2 000 ind./cage,and in densities of 500 ind./cage,1 000 ind./cage,1 500 ind./cage,2 000 ind./cage and 2 500 ind./cage under depth of 5 m in Meishan sea area,Sanya Bay,Hainan Island.The results showed that the highest growth rates of the shell length and body weight were occurred under the depth of 7 m after two months cultivation,with the shell length of 30.80 mm(growth rate of 0.41 mm/d) and body weight of 3.34 g(growth rate of 36.69 mg/d),and under the density of 500 ind./cage,with the shell length of 30.15 mm(growth rate of 0.42 mm/d) and body weight of 3.18 g(growth rate of 31.90 mg/d).In addition,the highest survival rates were observed in the bottom group(12 m)(17.7%) and at the density of 1 500 ind./cage(15.3%),while the lowest in group 3 m(6.9%) and in group 2 500 ind./cage(7.4%).These results indicated that the suitable culture condition of P.maxima larvae was in deep water at density of 1 500~2 000 ind./cage.
