论图书馆发展的外在动力——信息技术的驱动 被引量：4

摘要 图书馆的发展与信息技术的驱动是紧密相关的。从这一角度出发,针对互联网信息技术和自动化集成系统新产品对图书馆服务的影响,论述了信息技术是图书馆发展的外在动力,并从优化传统服务、加强网络信息服务、提升馆员素质方面论述了图书馆面对信息技术挑战的应对措施。
