摘要
为研究钢纤维树脂混凝土填充结构机床构件的性能,对钢纤维树脂混凝土结构、铸铁结构和钢纤维树脂混凝土填充结构进行了静力、模态和谐响应分析,通过对3种结构的动静态性能分析结果对比研究,最终验证了钢纤维树脂混凝土填充结构机床构件在动静态性能方面的优越性及其在机床产业中的应用前景。
To study the performance of machine tool component of steel fiber concrete filled structure.In this paper,we conduct static,modal and harmonic response analysis for the structure of steel fiber concrete,the structure of cast iron and steel fiber concrete filled structures.Through the comparative study of the three structures,finally the advantages of steel fiber concrete filled structure of machine tool components in the static and dynamic performance and its prospect in the machine tool industry have been proved.
