摘要
由于我国是一个多山的国家,山地面积占到总土地面积的2/3,并且大部分贫困地区主要分布在广大的山区,山区农村在发展的过程中又存在很多特殊的问题.认识与分析山区农村发展现状特征和建设重点,对指导新农村建设有重要的现实意义.本文以临汾市新农村建设领导办公室对全市63个山区农村的发展现状调查的原始数据与资料为基础,通过统计分析、文献分析法和个案研究的方法,分析总结出山区农村发展的现状特征、新农村建设中急需解决的问题,并据此给出一些山区农村发展的建议、发展的建设重点及其思路.主要结论是,当前山区农村发展的重点应该放在经济建设方面,不断帮助农民开拓增收渠道,围绕农民增收提供相应的农村公共产品,如搞好公路、水利、通信等基础设施建设.
Because our country is more than mountains countries.The mountainous region area occupies the total land area 2/3,and the majority of impoverished areas mainly distribute in the general mountainous areas.The mountainous area countryside has many special problems in the development process.Therefore Understanding and analyzing the mountainous area countryside development characteristic and the construction key is helpful to classify and instruct the new rural reconstruction.This article bases on the whole city 63 mountainous area countryside＇s development present situation investigation＇s primary data and the material as a foundation of the Linfen new Rural Reconstruction Office.Through the statistical analysis,the literature analytic method and the case study method,I will summarize the present situation characteristic and the question of the new rural reconstruction to settle urgently in the mountainous area countryside,and according to the above I will give some development suggestion of mountainous area countryside,the development construction key and its the mentality.The main conclusion is the current mountainous area countryside development should put emphasis in the economic development aspect and help the farmer to expanse the channel of develop additionally receives.The latter Government department also should add the expense of public product,like the road,water conservation correspondence and so on.
