摘要
TiO2作为一种重要的光催化剂,不仅在陶瓷工业有着广泛的应用,更重要的是在环境保护方面有着重要的应用前景。但自身因素的影响,限制了TiO2光催化剂的广泛应用。大量研究实验证明,通过掺杂可有效提高TiO2的光催化活性,拓宽其光响应范围。本文综述离子掺杂对TiO2的作用机理,讨论了掺杂金属离子的种类、浓度、化合价、半径及其它因素对TiO2光催化活性的影响,介绍了TiO2作为光催化剂在环境领域的应用,并对今后的研究作了展望。
As an important pholocatalyst,titanium dioxide played not only an important application in the ceramic industry,but also an important application in environmental protection.However,due to their own factors,These made the practical application of TiO2 limited.It was proved by many experiments that adulteration was an efficient method to improve photocatalytic activity and widen photoresponse range.In this paper,the mechanism of TiO2 modified by doped metal ions,the effects of different mental ions,concentration of doped ions,radius,and other factors on photocatalytic performance of TiO2 were discussed.The application environment and life of TiO2 as a photocatalyst were introduced,and further research directions were also pointed out.
