摘要
发改委等六部委明确指出三年内培养6万名全科医师,加强全科医学教育,提高全科医师临床技能是高等医学院校的一项重要工作。文章通过对全科医师学员特点、临床技能状况分析,阐述了全科医师临床技能培训的目的,通过模拟技术对全科医师进行临床技能训练,才能提高全科医师的整体素质,提高全科医师社区卫生服务的工作能力。
Six ministries including the development and reform commission specify that to train 60 000 general practitioners within 3 years,enhancing general medical education and improving the clinical skills of general practitioners is an important task of advanced medical colleges and schools.Through analysis of the characteristics of general practitioner trainees and the clinical skills situation,this paper elaborated the purpose on the training of general practitioners clinical skills.Only through the training of general practitioners clinical skills based on analogue techniques,it can improve the overall quality of general practitioners and community health services ability.
