摘要
针对包钢冷轧带钢平整后力学性能波动较大,板形控制困难等问题,研究了不同平整延伸率对带钢力学性能和微观组织的影响。结果表明,厚0.40mm带钢适宜的平整延伸率为0.6%;厚1.16、2.00mm带钢适宜的平整延伸率为0.8%;厚2.40mm带钢适宜的平整延伸率为1.0%。
The effects of different leveling el.ongation on mechanical properties and mierostructure of the strip were studied to the problem of mechanical properties fluctuating greatly and the shape control difficultly after the strip levelled in Baogang. The results show that the best leveling elongation for the strip with 0. 4mm, 1. 16mm,2. 00mm and 2.40mm thickness are 0. 6% ,0. 8% ,0.8% and 1.0 % respectively.
