摘要
目的研究外周静脉3种不同采血方法对血标本溶血的影响。方法选择2010年9~11月既需要静脉输液又需要静脉采血的1036例患者,采用随机分组方法决定采血方式,A组343例,采用留置针连接采血器采血;B组365例,采用留置针连接注射器采血;C组328例,采用单纯采血器采血。分别记录每种采血方法的溶血情况和溶血程度。结果 A组血标本的溶血率为14.72%,B组的溶血率为25.21%,C组的溶血率为3.50%,3组溶血率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。惰性分离促凝管(黄色封盖)比枸橼酸钠凝血试验管(蓝色封盖)更易溶血。18G留置针溶血率为9.32%,20G留置针溶血率为19.81%,22G留置针溶血率为32.58%。结论单纯采血器采血溶血率最低,其次为留置针连接采血器采血,留置针连接注射器采血溶血率最高。
Objective To compare the influence of three different peripheral venous blood sampling methods on hemolysis rate. Methods A total of 1036 patients who needed both intravenous infusion and venous blood sampling were randomized to three groups receiving different blood sampling methods :obtaining the blood samples through the intravenous catheter connected with the vacutainer(group A,n=343),obtaining the blood samples through the intravenous catheter connected with the syringe (group B,n=365),and obtaining the blood samples through the vacutainer system(group C,n=328). The rates and degree of hemolysis was recorded. Results The hemolysis rates among the three groups were significantly different(P〈0.05), which were 14.72 percent,25.21 percent,and 3.50 percent in group A,B,and C,respectively. The blood in the procoagulant inert separation tube(yellow cap) was more likely to hemolysis than that in the sodium citrate coagulation test tube(blue cap). The hemolysis rate of 18G,20G,and 22G intravenous catheters was 9.32 percent,19.81 percent,and 32.58 percent,respectively. Conclusions The hemolysis rate of blood obtained though the vacutainer system is the lowest,and the hemolysis rate of blood obtained though the intravenous catheter connected with the syringe is the highest.
