摘要
目的:探讨梗阻性左半结肠癌采用结肠次全切除术的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析15例梗阻性左半结肠癌患者采用结肠次全切除一期吻合的临床资料。结果:采用结肠次全切除术15例,无吻合口瘘等严重并发症,恢复良好。结论:结肠次全切除术在梗阻性左半结肠癌中的应用是安全有效的。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of subtotal colectomy in treating the left obstructive colon carcinoma.Method： The clinical data of 15 patients with the left obstructive colon carcinoma who underwent subtotal colecctomy and resection of tumor and anastomosis were studied retrospectively.Result：All 15 patients underwent subtotal colectomy.There were no postoperative complications such as anastomotic leakage.Postoperative recovery was good.Conclusion： The method of subtotal colectomy in treating the left obstrctive colon carcinoma is a safe and effective way.
