摘要
燃煤特性是锅炉飞灰含碳量的重要影响因素之一。选择了8种典型发电用煤进行热分析(TGA)试验,并在1台超临界600 MW机组锅炉上进行试烧,利用相关分析及回归分析得到了热分析特征参数与飞灰含碳量的关系。试烧及热分析结果表明,热分析着火温度指数与飞灰含碳量相关性水平较低,而燃尽温度指数与飞灰含碳量高度相关,可以通过热分析试验并利用回归模型初步判断锅炉燃用新煤种的飞灰含碳量变化趋势。
The properties of fuel coal are important factors affecting the unburned carbon content in fly ash of boilers. Eight typical coal sorts used for electric power generation have been selected, and test of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) being carried out,and trial combustion in one boiler of supercritical 600 MW unit being conducted, the relationship between characteristic parameters of TGA and un- burned carbon content in fly ash being obtained by using the correlation analysis and the regression a- nalysis. Trial combustion and TGA show that the changing tendency of unburned carbon content in fly ash of new coal sort burned in the boiler can be premarily judged through TGA test and using the re- gression model.
