煤矿钢带机人员监测装置设计与应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据煤矿具体情况,分析钢丝绳牵引带式输送机(以下简称钢带机)运行过程中对输送人员的分布要求,设计了钢带机人员监测装置。该装置通过热释电传感器、光电编码器和对射型光电开关等光电传感器的组合应用,实现对人员间距的监测。将其应用到煤矿钢带机,使用结果表明该装置能有效监测钢带机上人员间距并实时报警。 In this paper,a device monitoring personnel distribution is designed based on the specific requirements of belt conveyor in coal mine.With the combination of photoelectric sensors,such as pyroelectric sensor,photoelectric encoder,opposite-type photoelectric switch and so on,personnel distribution monitor is carried out.Applied to the belt conveyor in coal mine,the result shows that personnel distribution can be detected effectively and alarmed real-time.
