国产炭纤维复合材料层合板高温单钉连接性能试验 被引量:3

Experiment on Tensile Properties of Domestic Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composite Laminates with Single Bolt Joint Under High Temperature

摘要 对国产CCF300/GW300复合材料层合板与铝合金板单钉连接结构在常温以及200℃和300℃高温环境下的拉伸性能进行试验研究,分析了连接试件的高温拉伸破坏行为,以及温度、铺层形式、连接螺栓直径对于条件挤压强度的影响。研究发现,高温越高其条件挤压强度保持率越低,300℃时条件挤压强度仅为常温的30%;90°铺层比例越高,试件的高温连接性能越低;螺栓直径对挤压强度也有较大影响。由于非±45°斜铺层面内剪切模量和强度较低,表面采用这些铺层的层合板容易发生高温挤压分层破坏。 The paper studied the tensile performance of the single bolt joint structures with domestic carbon fiber CCF300/GW300 laminates and aluminum alloy plates in the conditions of room temperature and 200 ℃,300 ℃.The tensile failure behavior of the joint structures at high temperature was analyzed.The effect of the temperature,ply sequence and bolt diameter on the off-set bearing strength was discussed.It shows that the off-set bearing strength retention is lower while the temperature increases.The off-set bearing strength at 300 ℃ is only 30% of that at room temperature.The high temperature joint performance decreases while the proportion of 90° plies gets lower.The bolt diameter has great effect on the bearing strength.For the modulus and strength of the angle plies(not ±45°) are low,delimitation would take place easily for the laminates with angle plies on the surface under bearing load.
