摘要
目的探讨高压氧综合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法纳入的72例糖尿病患者随机分为两组,一组接受糖尿病足的常规治疗,另一组接受糖尿病足的常规治疗和高压氧治疗。治疗2个月后,比较两组患者的临床疗效。采用SPSS 11.0进行统计学分析。结果两组患者治疗后,高压氧治疗组的有效率显著性高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,高压养组的空腹血糖控制情况好于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。高压氧组的其余血生化指标与常规治疗组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压氧组对糖尿病足的治疗效果明显优于常规药物治疗,为患者保留肢体开展了一条新途径。
Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on patients with diabetic foot.Methods 72 diabetic food patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,one group got routine treatment,and another group got hyperbaric oxygen and routine treatment.After two months later,we compared the clinic effect of the two groups.The results were analyzed by SPSS 11.0.Results After treatment,the effective rate of hyperbaric oxygen was better than the routine treatment（P0.05）.After treatment,the blood fast sugar in the hyperbaric oxygen group was better than the routine group（P0.05）.The other biochemical indexes in the hyperbaric oxygen group did not showed significant difference with the routine treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen had better efficacy than the routine treatment,which provide a new way for diabetic foot to keep their foot.
