摘要
我国收入分配存在国民收入增速慢与国家财政收入增速快,分配关系不顺,地区、行业、城乡收入差距扩大等问题。我国应借鉴日本的"国民收入倍增计划"做法,改革财税制度,财政支出更多地用于民生,健全积极的分配制度,加快城镇化进程,推进新农村建设,逐步缩小收入差距,健全与完善社会保障体系等,尽快实现全民共同富裕。
There existed some problems of the national income speeding-up slowly and the national government receipts speeding-up quickly,the distribution relationship not smooth,the income gap between regions,industries,urban and rural.We should draw lessons from ＂national income multiplication program＂ in Japan,reform financial and taxation system,use more financial expends for people＇s livelihood,perfect active distribution system,speed up the progress of urbanization,advance new rural construction,gradually reduce the income gap,improve and perfect social security system and etc.to realize national prosperity quickly.
