摘要
在浮箱载船下水过程中,下水船对浮箱的作用力通过支墩传递,对于某一既定的浮箱,由于所承载的下水船舶自身重量及分布的不确定、支墩布置方案的不确定、下水船与浮箱间的相对位置不确定等因素的影响,支墩力的计算很复杂,支墩力的计算是浮箱载船下水过程一系列计算的关键环节.通过对整个浮箱载船系统进行分析,采用一维理论计算模型,将下水船用一维变截面梁模拟,支墩用单向压缩弹簧模拟,浮箱用一维等截面梁模拟.基于矩阵位移法,以NAPA软件为平台,用NAPA Basic语言编制支墩力参数化计算程序,快速、准确的计算各支墩的支墩力,为分析浮箱的纵向强度、浮态提供保证.
When ship launching,reaction force from launching ship to pontoon is transmitted by blocks.As for a fixed pontoon,the calculation of reaction force is very complex because the self weight and its distribution of launching ship is uncertain,the block layout scheme is uncertain,and the relative position between launching ship and pontoon is uncertain.the block layout scheme is uncertain,and the relative position between launching ship and pontoon is uncertain.Therefore,its calculation is key.By analyzing the ship launching and adopting 1-D theory computing model,using 1-D non-uniform beam simulates the launching ship,using uniaxial compressing spring simulates block,and using 1-D uniform beam simulates pontoon in this study.Moreover,parametric computational program is written by NAPA Basic language with the method of matrix displacement and the platform of NAPA software.The program can compute the reaction force quickly and accurately.Also,it may provide assurance for analyzing the longitudinal strength and floating condition of pontoon.
