甲烷化工艺中用氨冷器替代分子筛吸附器的可行性研究

摘要 以某30万t/a合成氨装置净化工序的甲烷化工艺为研究对象,探讨了甲烷化工艺中用氨冷器代替分子筛吸附器的可行性。通过模拟计算,确定了增设氨冷器后的甲烷化工艺流程;分析了删除分子筛吸附器对氨合成的影响;进行了氨冷器和分子筛吸附器的投资评估对比;结果表明,甲烷化工艺中用氨冷器替代分子筛吸附器,不仅工艺可行,且装置投资降低477.76万元。 Taking an Ammonia Synthesis Plant with a Capacity of 300 000 t/a as studying object for methanation process of purification section,author has discussed the feasibility of ammonia cooler in replace of molecular sieve adsorber in methanation process.Through analog calculation,methanation process flow was determined after adding ammonia cooler;has analyzed the influence of deleting molecular sieve adsorber on ammonia synthesis;has made invest evaluation comparison for ammonia cooler and molecular sieve adsorber;result indicates that it is feasible for ammonia cooler in replace of molecular sieve adsorber in methanation process,moreover the invest of plant is lower by 4 777 600 Yuan RMB.
