摘要 为探明不同负荷条件下影响混流式水轮发电机组轴心轨迹的因素,通过某电站实测数据分析了机组上导、下导与水导处轴心轨迹的情况。研究表明:不同工况下,水轮发电机组大轴轴心轨迹可以解析出由转频及其倍频确定的合成轴心轨迹。稳定工况下,机组大轴摆度轴心轨迹由转频及其倍频决定,轴心轨迹稳定;尾水管涡带部分负荷区水导处轴心轨迹可以进一步解析出由涡带频率决定的合成轴心轨迹,该轨迹确定了尾水管涡带部分负荷区水导摆度的轴心轨迹趋势,转频及其倍频以及其它因素增加了轴心轨迹的带宽。现场试验数据表明这一分解是合理的。 In order to find the shaft orbit principle of Francis guide and turbine guide has been analyzed through field test hydraulic turbine-generator, shaft orbit nearing upper guide, lower data on one unit. The research showed that synthesized shaft orbit determined by rotational frequency and its harmonics can be resolved from original shaft orbit. In stable work conditions, synthesized rotational frequency shaft orbit has decisive impact on the evolution of shaft orbit. While in partial load with draft tube vortex emerging, the shaft orbit nearing turbine guide can be resolved into shaft orbit determined by vortex frequencies and rotational frequency. Shaft orbit determined by vortex frequencies has decisive impaet on the trend of shaft orbit nearing turbine guide, and shaft orbit band is expanded under the influence of some other reasons, such as rotational frequency and its harmonics. The site test data shows the reasonableness of this kind of decomposition.
