摘要
目的观察防风水煎剂对肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌生长的影响。方法采用水煎法制备防风水煎液,在32只液体培养基里分别加入200μL经过比浊的肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌菌液及不同剂量防风水煎液,经培养后稀释,再将其接种到固体培养基上,经24 h培养后计菌落数。结果防风剂量分别在350μL和300μL时,肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌的菌落数达到最多,分别是107和74个。之后,随着防风剂量的增加,两种细菌的菌落数呈逐渐下降的趋势。结论防风水煎剂在低剂量时对肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌的生长具有一定的促进作用,而在高浓度时则有抑制作用。
Objective To observe the effects of the decoction of divaricate saposhnikovia root on the growth of Klebsiella Pneumonia and Escherichia Coli.Methods Divaricate saposhnikovia root was decocted by water to make the decoction.200 μL of Turbidimetric Klebsiella Pneumoniae and Escherichia Coli was put into 32 liquid medium together with different doses of the decoction,which was diluted after incubation and was subsequently inoculated on solid medium.The numbers of CFU were counted 24 hours after incubation.Results When the doses of the decoction were 350 μL and 300 μL,the numbers of CFU reached the highest point,namely 107 and 74 respectively.Afterwards,with the increase of the doses,the numbers of CFU declined gradually.Conclusion Lower concentration of divaricate saposhnikovia root decoction stimulated the growth of Klebsiella Pneumoniae and Escherichia Coli,while higher concentration of the decoction has inhibitory effect.
