输电线载流能力在线简化评估方法 被引量:1

Simplified Current-Carrying Capacity Estimation of Transmission Line Based on Online Temperature Detecting

摘要 输电线输送能力直接影响电力系统安全与资产利用率,如何获取线路动态载流能力是一项十分困难的工作。由于线路沿途进行气象条件测量成本高且可靠性难以保障,使得计算输电线动态载流能力的方法难以广泛应用。提出仅通过线路温度在线测量,并利用气象预报信息,采用辨识修正气象因子,可获得输电线实时载流能力的估计值;仿真分析证明,此方法能有效地在线预测输电线最大载流能力,为充分利用输电能力提供依据。 Transmitting capacity of transmission line affects power system security and asset utilization ratio,therefore,it is a demanding task to obtain the dynamic current-carrying capacity of transmission line.Due to high cost and low reliability of weather condition detecting along transmission line,it is difficult to apply widely the method to calculate the dynamic current capacity of transmission line.This paper proposes a method for the real-time current capacity estimate,based on online temperature detecting and weather forecast information,as well as the identification method to modify weather information.Simulation analysis proved it an effective method to predict real-time maximum current capacity and support the full utilization of the transmitting capacity of transmission line.
