摘要
目的:本文就环脂肽类抗生素的特性及达托霉素临床应用情况进行小结和评价。方法:对国内、外近期文献进行分析、评价。结果与结论:作为新一类抗生素,环脂肽类截然不同的作用机制,使其可能成为多重耐药菌感染的治疗药物。
OBJECTIVE：To summarize and evaluate the properties of cyclic lipopeptide antibiotics and the clinical use of daptomycin.METHODS：An analysis and evaluation was conducted by reviewing the recent pertinent literature both at home and abroad.RESULTS CONCLUSION：As a new class of antibiotics,cyclic lipopeptide antibiotics have distinctive action mechanism and which are expected to become the therapy for multidrug resistant infection.
