摘要
冶炼5CrNiMo钢时,正常出炉后,浇注时分别加入不同含量稀土,并与不加稀土的比较.通过金相显微镜分析发现,加入稀土后的钢中夹杂物完全球化,尺寸均匀,分布较好,并探讨了不同稀土含量的夹杂物的成分和组成元素的分布规律.
Smelting 5CrNiMo with the means of normal technology, adding diferent addition contents of RE by pouring , compare it with no adding of RE. By Metallographic Microscope it is found that the inclusion is spherical and well distributed and its dimension is equal.
