摘要
目的观察腺苷蛋氨酸联合糖皮质激素治疗药物性胆汁淤积性肝病的疗效。方法将67例药物性胆汁淤积性肝病随机分为治疗组和对照组,均予综合保肝治疗,治疗组加用腺苷蛋氨酸和糖皮质激素治疗。结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但显效率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后TBIL、γ-GT、ALP、TBA均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论早期联合应用腺苷蛋氨酸、糖皮质激素,可快速、安全、有效地治疗药物性胆汁淤积性肝病。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Ademetionine combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of cholestatic hepatitis induced by drugs. Methods Sixty-seven patients with cholestatic hepatitis induced by drugs were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy,while patients in treatment group were injected with Ademetionine and glucocorticoid,in addition to conventional therapy. Results The total effective rates of the two groups showed no significant difference（P0.05）,but the rate of obvious improvement of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P 0.01）.Serum TBIL,γ-GT,ALP and TBA levels were lower in treatment group after therapy than those in control group（P0.05 or P0.01）. Conclusion Ademetionine combined with glucocorticoid is rapid,safe and effective in the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis induced by drugs.
