摘要
推进订单式人才培养模式是促进校企合作的一条有效路径。订单式人才培养模式具有明确校企双方权利和义务、确定人才培养数量及标准、规定课程设置及教学内容、约定管理制度和评估方式等诸多内涵,可分为"直接订单"、"间接订单"两种类型和"学前订单"、"学中订单"、"毕业季订单"以及"与中介机构订单"、"与中间企业订单"等五种方式,并经过达成订单、招录学生、实施培养、上岗考核、岗后关注等五个环节。推行订单式人才培养模式,需要在政府不断优化政策环境的基础上,学校、企业和学生充分发挥能动作用、主导作用和主体作用。
The ordering-form talent cultivation model is an effective approach for fostering school and enterprise cooperation.The ordering-form talent cultivation model has rich connotations of clarifying the rights and obligations of school and enterprises,defining talent cultivation quantity and standard,prescribing curriculum setup and teaching contents and assuming management system and evaluation modes by the two sides of school and enterprise,which can be divided into two types of direct ordering,indirect ordering,five modes of ordering before learning,ordering in learning,ordering in graduation,ordering with intermediary agency and ordering with intermediary enterprises,and five steps including forming ordering form,recruiting students,implementing cultivation,post examination and tracking after post training.It should fully take advantage of the initiative role,dominant role and subjective role of schools,enterprises and students on the basis of continuously optimizing policy environment of government.
