摘要
目的观察锁定加压钢板内固定治疗骨折不愈合的疗效。方法对12例四肢长管状骨骨折不愈合患者,采用锁定加压钢板内固定方法治疗。结果经6～16个月随访,骨折愈合良好,愈合时间4～10个月,平均6.5个月,无切口感染。结论采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗骨折不愈合具有锁定固定和角度稳定性,有利于移植骨的血运重建及新骨形成,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of locking compression plate for the treatment of nonunion.Method Locking compression plate fixation was conducted on 12 cases of limb long bone fracture nonunion.Results After 6-16 months follow-up,fractures healing was good,healing time was from 4 to 10 months,and an average of 6.5 months,and no wound infection.Conclusion Locking compression plate fixation for the treatment of nonunion has locking fixation and angle stability,conductive to the revascularization of bone graft and new bone formation,it is worth promoting.
