摘要
目的:观察中药通痹方合中药外用擦剂治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对48例痛风性关节炎患者采用通痹方内服和中药外用搽剂治疗。结果:48例患者中,显效62.5%,有效31.25%,无效6.25%,有效率为93.75%。结论:通痹方配合中药外用搽剂治疗痛风性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongbi Formula combined with Chinese herbal liniment for external application in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods ： 48 patients with gouty arthritis were treated with oral administration of Tongbi Formula and Chinese herbal liniment for external application. Results ： Among 48 patients, 62.5% of patients were cured ; 31.25% of patients were effective; 6.25 % of patients were ineffective and the effective rate was 93.75%. Conclusion： Tongbi Formula combined with Chinese herbal liniment for external application has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of gouty arthritis.
