摘要
近两年来,浙江大学图书馆本着"融入主流谋发展,拓展合作促繁荣"的发展思路,重新设计了学科服务的规划、布局和服务流程,对内采取学部(院系)-学科分馆-部门相互协作的运作模式,对外广泛开展与多个机构和团体的合作,短期内扩大了服务群体,在服务师生和学校的多个方面都取得了成果,获得了学校的肯定。文章期望通过介绍浙江大学图书馆学科服务实践案例给广大同行提供一些借鉴。
In the last 2 years, Zhejiang University Library redesigned the planning, arrangement and service procedure according to the principles of "developing with the school plan and flourishing through cooperation". In order to do this, we adopted the operating mode of "colleges (depart- ments) -sublibraries -branches mutual cooperation" in the internal service, meanwhile cooperated with many external organizations and agencies. As a result, service groups were expanded in a short term and gained notable achievement. In this article, we introduced the experiences in academic services of Zhejiang University Library so as to provide some reference for colleagues.
