摘要
目的观察中医整脊法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效;探讨椎间盘突出与椎体位移的相关性及治疗腰椎间盘突出症的机制。方法采用治疗前后X线与CT对比,评定中医整脊疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症及改善椎曲的优越性。结果治愈57例,治愈率76%;显效12例,占16%;有效6例,占8%。总有效率达100%。结论中医整脊法治疗腰椎间盘突出症标本兼治,效果良好,是腰椎间盘突出症有效治疗方法之一。
Objective To observe the ridge TCM treatments for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc clinical curative effect;disc herniation and discuss the correlation and vertebral position shift mechanism of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Using X line before and after treatment with CT contrast, assess the ridge of TCM therapy prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and improve the superiority of the vertebral song. Results Cure cure 57 eases ,76 percent ;Powerfully in 12 eases, accounted for 16% of; Effective in 6, 8 percent. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The method of TCM treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation ridge specimen, good effect and is prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc one of effective treatment methods.
