摘要
根据NEMA标准对一台SPECT进行固有均匀性、旋转中心校正、四象限铅栅模型、Jaszczak系统模型、Hoffman脑3D模型测试。2003–2010年质控数据分析结果显示,有效视野(UFOV)固有积分均匀性与旋转中心均无明显差异(p>0.05),中心视野(CFOV)固有积分均匀性从2007年开始有明显差异(p<0.05)。表明仪器随着年限的延长,性能参数逐渐变差,通过质控能将参数维持在标准范围,保证图像质量以及诊断符合率。
In this work, quality control data of a SPECT in 2003-2010 were analyzed by t test. According to the NEMA standard for uniformity, the center of rotation, bar phantom, Jaszczak phantom and the Hoffman phantom were measured in the QC. Compared with the 2003 data, no significant difference was found in the UFOV intrinsic integral uniformity and center of rotation, but the CFOV intrinsic integral uniformity has been worsening since 2007 (p〈0.05), indicating the performance decrease with equipment age. By the QC measurements, we were able to ensure image quality and diagnostic accuracy of the SPECT.
