吡啶羧酸铬对幼建鲤非特异性免疫功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 日粮中添加吡啶羧酸铬对幼建鲤非特异免疫功能的影响,试验采用单因素试验设计,选择225尾初质量为(35.61±0.14)g的幼建鲤,分成5组,在基础日粮中分别添加0、2.46、4.92、7.38和9.84mg/kg吡啶羧酸铬,每组3个重复,每重复15尾鱼,试验期90d。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加适量的吡啶羧酸铬能够提高幼建鲤的成活率、头肾指数、肝指数、白细胞和红细胞数量、溶菌酶活力、超氧化物歧化酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性;降低幼建鲤的脾指数。日粮中添加适量吡啶羧酸铬能提高幼建鲤非特异性免疫功能。
