摘要
目的:探讨模块化教学法对临床医学专业学生综合素质能力培养的影响。方法:以普通专科临床医学专业学生为研究对象,教改班采取模块化教学法,对照班采取传统教学法,并对两班学生实践技能成绩进行统计学分析。结果:教改班实践技能成绩和及格率[(98.59±10.36)分,97.78%]均优于对照班[(91.69±11.27)分,86.54%],两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:模块化教学法可提高学生综合素质,加强知识和技能的针对性和应用性,更好地满足社会需求。
Objective： To discuss the effects of modular teaching method to the training of clinical medical professional students comprehensive capacity and quality. Methods： Ordinary specialist clinical medical students were taken as the re- search object. Adopted modules of employable skills educational in correctional classes, and took traditional teaching methods in comparative classes. Results： Practical skill scores and the pass rate in correctional class [（98.59±10.36） points, 97.78%] was better than that in comparative classes [（91.69±11.27） points, 86.54%], there were significant differences be tween the two groups （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modules of employable skills may improve the students＇ comprehensive quality, strengthen the knowledge and the skill of pertinence and the utility, to satisfy social demand.
