摘要
目的:构建药师干预机制。方法:对我院2009年6月～2010年6月门诊药房药师干预情况进行分类、分析。结果:给药方案是药师干预最多的问题,通过干预不合理用药例数下降,2010年6月达到最低只有76例。结论:药师干预对确保临床用药安全、合理十分重要。
Objective： eists＂ intervention were problems in pharmacist To explore construction of clinical pharmacists＂ intervention mechanism. Methods： Clinical pharmaanalyzed statistically from June 2009 to June 2010 in outpatient pharmacy. Results： Most of the intervention were the irrational dosage regimen. Through intervention, the numbers of the irrational prescription were reduced. In June 2010 only 76 cases were the minimum. Conclusion： Clinical intervention plays an im- portant part in promoting rational drug use.
