摘要
目的探讨耳鼻喉科综合治疗台喷枪使用前后的污染状况和常用消毒方法的效果。方法按《消毒技术规范》规定方法进行采样及消毒,并对数据进行统计分析。结果使用后的喷枪头有明显细菌污染,除了分布于口咽部和鼻腔的正常菌群外,还有致病菌。酒精灯烘烤、乙醇擦拭和碘伏擦拭3种消毒方法均可有效消毒。结论耳鼻喉科综合治疗台喷枪头存在污染,侵入性操作有引起医源性医院感染的可能,常规消毒方法效果明显,以乙醇擦拭和碘伏擦拭方便易行。
Objective To investigate the condition of bacterial contamination of spray gun before and after using in E.N.T treatment unit,and observation the effectiveness of routine disinfection methods. Methods The sampling and disinfection methods were used according to the disinfection technology criteria and the data were analyzed. Results Bacterial contamination of spray gun was serious after using.Many bacteria were found,not only the normal flora from the region of nasal cavity and nasopharynx,but also pathogenic bacteria.The germicidal effects of burning of alcohol burner,ethanol alcohol clean and polish and iodophors clean and polish were obvious. Conclusion The bacterial contamination of spray gun in E.N.T treatment unit is exist.It is possible to cause hospital infections when invasive manipulation is used.The routine methods of disinfection can be effective,it is ideal disinfection methods with ethanol alcohol and iodophors.
