摘要
目的建立一测多评法测定博落回中原阿片碱、别隐品碱、血根碱和白屈菜红碱的含量。方法以博落回果实为研究对象,建立别隐品碱、血根碱、白屈菜红碱对原阿片碱的相对校正因子,利用该相对校正因子计算别隐品碱、血根碱、白屈菜红碱的含量,实现一测多评;同时采用外标法测定药材中4种生物碱的含量,比较两种方法的差异,验证一测多评法的准确性和可行性。结果 9批博落回果实中4个生物碱的含量可以用一测多评法进行测定,其计算值与实测值间无显著差异。结论建立的一测多评法同步测定博落回果实中的原阿片碱、别隐品碱、血根碱、白屈菜红碱是可行的、准确的。
Objective To set up a method of multi-assay depending on one determination to detect the contents of umarine,allocryptopine,sanguinarine and chelerythrine in fruit of Macleaya cordata(Willd.)R.Br.Methods The fruit of Macleaya cordata was studied to set up the relative correction factors of allocryptopine,sanguinarine and chelerythrine for detecting protopine,and the factors were used to measure the contents of allocryptopine,sanguinarine and chelerythrine,and then,the method was set up.At the same time,other measurements used to detect the contents of the four alkaloids,comparing the two methods to validate the accuracy and feasibility of the new method.Results Four alkaloids contents in 9 batches of Macleaya cordata were used the new method to determine,and there were no significant differences.Conclusion The new method is feasible and accurate to evaluate the contents of the four alkaloids in fructus of Macleaya cordata.
