摘要
从环境和人体健康角度,论述了转基因食品潜在的安全风险,并从立法建设、监督管理、提高检测技术等方面提出了应对转基因食品潜在风险的策略,以期为转基因食品在我国的安全利用提供理论依据。
In order to provide the theoretical basis for the safe use of genetically modified food in China,the GM foods＇ potential security risk was discussed from the environment and human health.And the coping strategies such as legislative building,supervision and management,detection technology were proposed.
