摘要
目的探讨牛磺酸(taurine)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法采用结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支的方法建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察牛磺酸对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注后血清中SOD、LDH、MDA、TNF-α以及心肌组织中TNF-α活性的影响。结果与假手术组比较,其余各组大鼠血清SOD含量明显降低,血清中LDH、MDA、TNF-α及心肌组织中TNF-α活性明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,牛磺酸高、中、低组大鼠血清SOD含量明显升高,而血清中LDH、MDA、TNF-α含量及心肌组织中TNF-α含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论牛磺酸对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of taurine on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats. Methods A rat model of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury was established by occlusion of left anterior descending coronary artery, then reperfused. The activity of SOD, LDH, MDA an(1 the levels of TNF-α in serum or myocardium of rats with myocardial ischemia/ reperfusion injury were determined. Results Compared with sham, levels of LDH, MDA, TNF-α in serum and TNF-α in myocardium in other groups were significantly increased, SOD activity was significantly decreased (P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0. 01 ). Compared with model group, levels of LDH, MDA, TNF-α in serum and TNF-α in myocardium in taurine 300, 100, 30 mg · kg^-1 group were significantly decreased, SOD activity was significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Taurine has potential protective effects on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats.
