摘要
试验研究了Q345R和06Cr17Ni12Mo2焊接接头的组织与性能。通过金相分析、拉伸试验、弯曲试验和冲击试验对母材和焊缝的微观组织、相组成以及接头力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用适当的焊接工艺,异种钢焊缝组织均匀,主要由奥氏体和少量的铁素体组成,并且可获得力学性能优良的接头。
The properties and microstructure of welded joint of Q345R steel and 06Crl7Nil2Mo2 steel were investigated by OM,tension test, guided-bend test and notch-toughness test.The results show that the microstructure of the joint is mainly composed of austenite and a small quantity of ferrite,and its good mechanical properties can be obtained by the appropriate welding procedure.
