摘要
针对工件的结构特点和加工方法,统一考虑整套数控加工中心铣削专用夹具的结构设计。该专用夹具着重解决了四棱锥套的定位问题、夹紧问题和多工位分度问题,并通过球冠形对刀块的设置,解决了刀具的对刀问题。通过该夹具的使用,可以实现工件的快速定位和可靠夹紧,保证加工质量,提高加工效率。
Starting from the manufacturing processes' analysis, for the structural characteristics of the workpiece and the process- ing method, considering a unified set of CNC machining centers special milling fixture' design. The special fixture solves pyramid sets focus on the positioning, clamping problems and multi-position dividing the circumference problems, and through the spherical shape of the knife block set, solving the problem of tool adjustment. Through the use of the fixture, the workpiece can be achieved fast and reliable clamping position, and to the processing quality can be ensured and the processing efficiency can be increased.
