摘要
河南农家书屋工程已初见成效,但仍然存在基础设施差、法律法规不健全、制度保障滞后、资金短缺等问题,致使农家书屋难以持续长久发展。从制度、管理、资金配套、资源优化、强化意识等层面探讨了农家书屋可持续发展一些对策。
Henan＇ s farmers＇ book-house project has achieved initial success, but some problems are still exist such as the poor infrastructures, imperfect laws and regulations, hysteretic system guarantee, and limited funds, etc., making the lasting and sustainable development of farmers＇ book-house difficult. This paper probes into some countermeasures for the sustainable development of farmers＇ book-house from aspects of the system, management, fund supporting, resources optimization, and consciousness strengthening, etc.
