在高校教师教学资源信息系统开发过程中，异常处理是非常重要的一个环节，java已经提供了一种良好的异常处理机制。目前流行的MVC框架均提供了异常的处理拦截器，合理的异常处理机制将会提高信息系统开发中异常管理的效率。
