摘要
采用实验室模拟试验,对应用水泥窑协同处置技术实现固体废物焚烧飞灰的无害化处理与资源化利用的可行性进行了研究.结果表明,通过水洗预处理可稳定有效去除飞灰中质量分数为90%以上的氯离子,消除了焚烧飞灰中氯质量分数过高对水泥窑的损害,使其可作为水泥生料的替代原料用于水泥生产.本试验中3种飞灰掺入质量分数分别为5.01%、7.12%与2.83%时,所制取的水泥样品在主要组分及质量上与对照样品没有显著差异(p>0.05).研究表明,水泥窑协同处置技术不仅使固体废物焚烧飞灰达到了无害化处理的目的,更具有广阔的资源化利用前景.
Solid waste incineration fly ashes are rich in heavy metals and salts.A three-step washing procedure was adopted to remove the chlorides,which could cause serious corrosion in the cement kiln.Various amounts of pre-washed fly ashes were added to replace the clay components of the raw materials for cement production.The objective of this study was to assess the possibility of incineration ashes reusing as a raw material for cement production.The results indicated that cement production could be a feasible alternative for ash management.All parameters of fly ashes cement products conformed to the Chinese National Standard(CNS) of Common Portland Cement with no exception.It was also demonstrated that the addition of fly ashes had no negative effect on the compressive strength or any other cement quality parameters of the clinker.
