摘要
通过文献资料法、比较法、调查法等研究方法,针对目前高校教学训练相脱节的现象,构建高校健美操教学训练一体化模式,实现健美操教学与训练的有机融合,以期不断提高教学效果和训练水平,达到教学、训练和人才培养的双丰收。
Depending on the research methods of literature material, comparison and investigation, the paper, in view of the separation between teaching and training, constructs the integrated mode of college calisthenics teaching and training in order to realize the organic integration of calisthenics teaching and training and constantly improve its teaching and training level.
