滴速控制在减轻氨甲环酸氯化钠注射液不良反应中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨输液滴速对应用氨甲环酸氯化钠注射液所致不良反应的影响。方法将220例术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组,均静脉滴注氨甲环酸氯化钠注射液。对照组110例,滴速40~50滴/min;观察组110例,滴速15~25滴/min。观察两组输液所出现不良反应的发生率。结果观察组发生恶心、呕吐、头晕、头痛、心悸、胸闷等不良反应较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论严格控制输液滴速能明显减少静脉滴注氨甲环酸氯化钠注射液引起的不良反应发生率。 Objective To investigate the infusion drip rate on the application of tranexamic acid and sodium chloride injection due to adverse reaction. Methods 220 cases of surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group, both intravenous infusion of tranexamic acid and sodium chloride injection. The control group, 110 cases, drip rate 40 - 50 gtt./min; observation group, 110 cases of drip rate 15 ~ 25 gtt/min. Infusion were observed by the incidence of adverse re- actions. Results The occurrence of nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, palpitations, chest tightness and other adverse reactions than the control group, light and less ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Strict control can significantly reduce the intravenous drip infusion of tranexamic acid infusion of sodium chloride injection caused the incidence of adverse reactions.
